Secure Payments and Safe Ordering

Bytesview understands that you care about how information about you is used and shared; and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. Your privacy is important to us and we work to keep your information secure.

All of our payments are handled by Stripe.com and Paypal. Other than the last 4 digits of your card, we store no other information related to your payments.

Refund Policy

Bytesview will refund the entire amount paid by you if:

• We could not deliver the report at the time mentioned by us.
• The final generated report does not match the description on our website.
• If you have made duplicate payments, we will refund the 2nd payment if it is found in our systems.
• The refund request is placed within 45 days of the payment.

Bytesview will not be obligated to provide you with a refund if:

• The data/report is not required by you anymore.
• You want to cancel the report after it being generated.
• The generated report/data is not relevant to you.
• The refund request is placed after 45 days of payment.

How to initiate the refund?

Inititating a Bytesview refund is easy. Just drop us a mail at contact@bytesview.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day. We will study your case and try to provide you with the best possible solution.

How soon can you get the refund?

Once a case is opened by you, a maximum of 7 days processing time is required by us to process your refund.
